Our Philosophy

Our Promoters
Shri Santobarao K Desai
Shri Santobarao K Desai retired DySP from Goa Police, is a visionary businessman who has achieved several milestones in his life. Gurukul Academy is one more feather in his cap. One such step towards his contribution to the field of education. It is a dream come true to provide quality education to children in a loving and caring environment fostering the all-round development of the child. Providing kids with education of international standards and at the same time, instilling in them values of Indian culture and tradition.

Mrs Bharati A Jadhav
Mrs Bharati A Jadhav has got teaching experience of more than 16 years in various schools viz. St. Mary School, Ponda, Holy Cross Convent, Kolhapur, The Kings School, Margao and worked as a coordinator for Jayash Tutorial classes at Margao, Goa. She was also working as executive Director with Desai Cement Company Pvt Ltd. Ponda. She is also a partner in Shanta Metals, a stone-crushing SSI unit. Having worked in the education field and with a liking for education activities has now felt to make a career by starting a new Venture GURUKUL ACADEMY at Ponda Goa.
Mr Ajay S Jadhav
Mr Ajay S Jadhav has worked with coveted business houses like Reliance, Birla, and Muthoot. He has also 15 years of retail experience in various Business activities viz dealerships of Multinational Companies like Hindustan Lever Ltd, Cadbury India Ltd. ICI Ltd, etc setting up a Drier plant for Desai Cement Company Pvt Ltd at Aprant, Being in the Marketing Field for the last 20 years he has developed a liking for public relations and management skills He was also actively involved in running Jayash Tutorial Classes. He is a Former Hockey Player and is also involved in adventure sports like mountaineering. With a flair for education, and sports, he has been with GURUKUL ACADEMY since its inception. His mission is to provide a holistic education and update the school with new methodologies and techniques.
